Medical Student Career Trajectory Military Residency: Participants will be promoted to Captain, be assigned as a AD Soldier to a US Army Medical Hospital in a Graduate Medical Education program. 11 teaching hospitals, 25 specialties, 68 residencies, 57 fellowships 95% first time board pass rate 100% pass rate for 14 specialties last 3 years Civilian Residency: Participants will be promoted to Captain and receive an Educational Delay for the residency training period. No sponsorship is given during the civilian residency.
