The Science of (Basketball) By: Michael Barnes Class: 806
Introduction to Science of (Basketball) ) (I choose basketball because it is a fun sport to play. I like to watch basketball and play it.I also like this sport because of the video games are fun to play.
Potential Energy Potential Energy is when you are saving energy. Potential energy for my sport is when they sit on the bench.)
Kinetic Energy (Kinetic energy in my sport is when a player is running to get the ball or running to the hoop.)
Digestive System The Digestive,Does make the players move more in a game.Because first the body chew the food, and then enzytmes, the stomach and also the liver, then their body’s are ready to move.
Respiratory System The respiratory system keeps our lungs clean. You breathe in the air to give the cells energy. It helps basketball players get stronger and more air so they don’t faint
Circulatory System Is when your blood goes through your body.
Excretory System The Excretory System removes water and salt from the inside of your body. It like when you sweat he energy comes out of you.
Muscular System The muscular system,is when it use our energy so that our body’s would move good.which make the basketball do the best in a game or when they with a game
Electric Energy You Can not watch basketball without television. Another reason is you can’t keep score without he scoreboard.
Energy Transformation THE BASKETBALL PLAYERS GET ENERGY FORM GATORADE DURING HALF TIME.
Conserving Energy Conserving Energy is when a player has more energy to play better.
Newton’s 1st Law of Motion ユ s 1st law of motion,in basketball is when the ball keep move in less a player stop the ball,or if the court stop ball by using the law of motion.
Newton’s 2nd Law of Motion Newton ユ s 2nd law of motion,In basketball is when more power is use on the ball, the more easy it is shoot the ball far.
Newton’s 3rd Law of Motion Newtons 3rd law of motion says for every action is an opposite reaction,so if a player was not doing good during a game,it would reaction on him and his team.
Conclusion Science is related to my sport because we use force to chest pass the ball. Another reason is
