REQUIREMENTS What is going on? What’s happening? Why are we doing this? Fill in the gaps.

OUTCOMES Phase I Short Term Plan Support districts in the submission of the Instructional Technology Plan Survey. Work with CIC and Directors of Technology to review current plans (instructional and technology) to find common ground. Provide work sessions for conversation, sharing and troubleshooting regarding the survey. Phase II Long Term Plan The approved instructional technology plan survey is not intended to negate the need for district to compile a comprehensive technology plan. Support districts in long range comprehensive planning which includes technology planning. Comprehensive Planning – Training & Support – See 2015 ISS Summer Workshop Guide
