Other NARTE Programs AAES The Association of Access Engineering Specialists was formed as a specialist group under NARTE and in partnership with RESNA in AAES seeks to enable and enhance the accessibility to and negotiation of the telecommunications arena for persons with disabilities.

Other NARTE Programs FCC Testing NARTE is authorized by the Federal Communications Commission to administer FCC Commercial License Examinations. These examinations are offered through NARTE’s authorized Testing Centers at over 170 locations nationwide and at military education offices (DANTES) worldwide.
