Philatelic Bureau & Philatelic Deposit Accounts 68 HPOs at Circle Head Offices or in major district towns have philatelic bureau Commemorative stamps are only available at Philatelic Bureau and counters or under the Philatelic Deposit Account Scheme. Philatelic Deposit Accounts can be opened at these Bureaus with minimum deposit of Rs. 200/- in cash/MO/DD/Cheque. Customer selects types & quantity of philatelic items & reflect in Application Bureau supplies each issue of new stamps automatically

Philatelic counters Philatelic counters supply all philatelic items but are not authorized to issue the Special Cancellation that accompanies each commemorative stamp
