You have a handout in your attendee bag and will receive an e-mail invitation to submit session proposals for 2013. A full set of submission guidelines is available with the online proposal form. Submission deadline is November 1. CLEAR’s Program Committee reviews the proposals in November and December, and the program is developed during the Mid-year Business Meeting in January.
