Partnership LMD –
The LMD 3.0 Two types exist for two different audiences: o NPL - National Program Leaders at NIFA (internal facing) o Partner – NIFA partners (external facing) The data in LMD currently draws from 3 sources: o Current Research Information System (CRIS) o AREERA State Plan of Work (POW) Information System o Cooperative Research, Education, and Extension Management System (C-REEMS)
June 2010 – Go live with a scalable open source platform that eliminates costly vendor lock-ins – while enabling more effective data sharing. Scalable open source platform will enable users to generate customized reports faster and provide an interface that is easier to understand We have plans to continue to add requirements and enhancements to the Dashboard approximately every 6-9 months. Where is LMD Going?
Director’s Reports in the future Through the LMD interface – Universities will be able to filter their expenditure data – the way they want to see the data (instead of providing them many pdf’s – of expenditure data – with different filters) Programs of Work for McIntire-Stennis and Animal Health can be generated from the REEport data and certified. Where is LMD Going?
