Currently LOTS of space for pupils to save work. Only visible to Staff and the Pupil that saved it. It gets regularly backed up. Pupils can't delete their own work once it’s in there. WHAT THE P.O. BOX IS

Staff: Start Menu button – Computer - PO Box students work Pupils: Start Menu Button – All Programs – PO Box – Search for teachers name. HOW ACCESS

File Structure: Fairly important! Good to do in advance, but can be altered over time. Importance of students naming files correctly. It can get a bit messy if you don’t promote good habits and do a bit of housekeeping. USING THE PO BOX

How do you know you’ve got work? Deadlines? Hand-in Folder? – ? Files and Folders At the moment pupils can only use files. If you want them to add folders they will need to be zipped (Difficult but not impossible on school system) SUBMISSION

Have a pre-prepared Blank feedback sheet Students to save it in their PO box (with appropriate name) Staff to open and write in comments and Save If students need to write in own comments they will need to save an additional file or have a shortcut to a document in their My Documents (Alt and drag). ASSIGNMENT FEEDBACK

Currently the PO box is not accessible over the internet. To get around this you can regularly copy your PO Box to a memory stick or portable HDD. LIMITED ACCESS
