PROPOSED CHANGE #1 For post-docs engaged in teaching, advising, mentoring, or coaching students this is a clarification that they already are covered by this policy as university employees. For post-docs not engaged in such activities, this would be a new set of guidelines. It would impact romantic relations with undergraduates only for such post-docs as they would not have any direct or indirect professional responsibilities over students.
