Features of Fuji Medium Voltage Inverter Stable Control Block diagram of simple sensor-less vector control V/F control system with simple sensor-less vector control provides steady speed control In any load condition. A speed sensor is not required. The controller has 32-bit MPU and DSPs for quick response and high accuracy. Vector control with speed sensor is available(as an option) for equipment having high speed and torque accuracy requirements.

High efficiency, high power factor Features of Fuji Medium Voltage Inverter High efficiency, high power factor Efficiency characteristics (load - efficiency) 60Hz 20Hz Output transformer-less Using Fuji’s unique multi-level PWM control system, the switching loss can be reduced. The reduction of the main circuit parts has also decreased generation of additional loss. The output current waveform is almost sinusoidal, reducing the higher harmonic loss of motors. Using multi-pulse full bridge diode rectifier provides a high-power factor on the power source (approx. 0.95 or more), amd reduces the higher harmonic loss of input transformer primary winding.
