Any agency that deals with or provides human services will more than likely be a good resource, now and in the future. –Such agencies may possess or know of resources that can be beneficial for MFP participants, and you may know of resources to share with them in return.

Builds mutually beneficial partnerships with agencies increasing potential referrals for transition coordination and case management.
