Staff to act as teachers and mentors to students.

Made up of General Managers of partner hotels, Director of coordinating NGO, chair of Operations Committee and YCI Team representative. One – two meetings per year. Governance YCI Operations Committee Aim: To manage the day-to- day operations of local programme, ensuring delivery in accordance with core standards. Made up of Directors of Human Resources, Training Managers, project manager from the non-profit partner and YCI Team representative. Meet three to four times per year.
