If you’ve got the industry bug, you might want to do ‘specialised learning’ courses that focus on that subject. For example: Robotics in Engineering Theatre production in Creative and Media Software Development in IT Civil Engineering in Construction and Built Environment Equine studies in Environmental and Land Based and there are lists of recommended courses for each subject to help you on the road to becoming subject experts. If you’d rather broaden your learning, might prefer to choose ‘additional learning’: a language arts humanities units from another Diploma or something else completely The Diplomas are designed to allow you to change your mind and make different choices. And then… you get to do....a Project… You can choose your own project, you might: Design a car powered by electricity or solar energy Design a water pump for use in a developing country - or something else linked to your subject The new DIPLOMA
