IAESTE KENYA International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience

Who is IAESTE IAESTE was founded in 1948 at Imperial College, London.Imperial CollegeLondon By 2013, 87 countries had joined with exchange of 350,000 (7000 annually) students worldwide HQ in Luxembourg.

IAESTE KENYA In Kenya, it was founded in 2004 and for the last 10 years JKUAT has been the main host of the international students. Partnering companies include Nampak, Del Monte among others. Currently there are two co-operating institution ; JKUAT & DKUT Prof. Wariara Kariuki is currently the National Secretary.

Our Goal Exchange over 100 students annually. Provide job offers for international students in the country. Have at least 10 Kenyan universities participating as members of IAESTE Kenya. Promote our employers both at national and international level.

How do we do this? Through our Alumni Network, magazine, events and social media we provide career news, information and opportunities to young people. We do this in partnership with companies that share our vision. As a non-profit organization, we need financial support for the project, as well as the partnership of companies to provide us with the best information possible to both our student and alumni
