The Creative Eye Daycare Center  Open for both day & evening class sessions  Includes a Indoor/Outdoor play area  Meals are also included  Cost for services are covered by Government aid

The Creative Eye Café & Dining Area  Serves Our Students Fresh Meals Daily  For Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, & Snacks in Between.  A Different Menu Posted Each Week  Prices are not too high but quality is Excellent!  Includes a Outdoor Dining Area as well.

Our ClassesOur Classes  BUS20-Budget and Materials Business aspects of interior design, such as sources for products, pricing, purchase orders, client contracts and liability  BUD32-Budget Preparation Students will be taught how to prepare and budget for the designs they have created. Included in this budget will be specified furniture and textiles. Emphasis is placed on proper format and client presentation techniques.  PLA10-Planning the Space Students learn the fundamentals of judging a space through the use of the principles and elements of design.  PRI10-Principles and Elements of Design The study of the basic principles used in design. A lecture class utilizing slides so students may visualize practical applications of design elements.  RES23-Resource Tour 1 Tour the Pacific Design Center to study wholesales sources of purchase for the interior designer. Students will tour sources for furniture, floor coverings, ect. Also, time is allocated for students to visit showrooms of their choice.  TOO20-Tools and Equipment The introduction to the drafting tools and materials used in spaceplanning. Techniques of sketching and measuring are taught.

Required Field Trips  Field trip One Students will visit some of the model home parks in our area, look at how they are designed, talk to the management, collect take notes, and collect brochures.  Field Trip Two Students will visit a Local Furniture & Fixture shop where they will view displays of furniture, lights, wall, floor fixtures, & other items used in designing a client’s space. Our Tuition  The tuition will be $10, for the entire course per student. The tuition can be handled for each student in two ways.  First, the student can cover the tuition and other expenses through paying it themselves, if they are able to pay themselves.  Second, our students can apply for financial assistance which covers all the expenses necessary for that student to complete their goals. The type of assistance we offer our students are in such programs as grants, loans, scholarships, and on-campus or near-campus student job assistance.. There’s nothing we won’t do to help our students succeed.

The Creative Eye Book Store  Where Our Students can buy books, supplies, t-shirts, paper, & all else needed to do assignments as needed at reasonable prices.  Open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Sunday- Saturday 10am-4pm

Our Library/Computer Lab & Supply Library  Open 24 hours Daily  Is the place to check out laptops to use while in school.  Includes a full Photocopy/Printout station on either side of library  All Copies are free to our students.  Every advantage is made accessible to Our Students at all times.

The Creative Eye Home Store  Provides Products & Accessories for the Home at wholesale prices.  Offers our goods to both the public & students alike.  Provides another way to bring in money & jobs to our Students who want to work while in school.  Open 10am-7pm daily.

Our Classes  Are completed in Two Semester Sessions  From Regular- Advanced Level Courses  We also prepare all graduates to be successful by the Final Project & Licensing Exam Completion Process School of Interior Design

The Mock Client/Space Design Project  All Potential Graduates has This Final Project  Each in a group, will meet with their first client & decorate a space based on their budget & specified desires.  On Presentation Day, all Jobs must meet satisfaction of client & instructor for a grade.  The Job considered the best will win a prize.
