 Timo Lyytinen, head of board  Jukka Eskanen  Tanja Kamaja-Miskala  Esa Kokki  Jukka Kuutsa  Jani Liukkonen  Olli Taskinen Responsible for taking care of decisions within the organization and represent it.

 Panu Lappi, head of organization, responsible for monitoring the values and stategies of the organization, financial responsibility, leading and developing the organization  Mikko Tiihonen, head of coaching, mens coach, recruiting coaches, guidance and education of coaches  Matti Punkki, head of juniors, organizing activity clubs, enrolments, billing, additional office work

 The organization has a budget from sponsorships, grants and yearly player fees  This money is divided into salaries, bank fees, coaching gear, coach education  Each team has their own budget depending on the costs of coaching, gym turns, travel and equipment  The teams typically do voluntary work in order to reduce the cost of a season  For example women’s first team budget is euros, and each player must pay 550 euros to play and train

 14 junior teams in boys (A-F-juniors)  4 junior teams in girls (B-E-juniors)  Men have 3 different skill level teams  Women have 3 different skill level teams  Club activities for adapted floorball and physical activity  More than 800 registered members, from which over 650 players

 There are 20 head coaches  8 assistant coaches  15 club activity instructors  These coaches are offered coaching education by the head of coaching  The requirements to become a coach are dependant on the team: at very least attitude and motivation are needed, skills can be gained through education and experience  Education and experience are already required for the more demanding team coaching (first teams, A-juniors

 There is a coaching system provided by the floorball federation, which has three levels  SBV 1 is hosted yearly in Kuopio and is strongly recommended for every coach working within the club  SBV 2 is still offered to everyone keen to learn more, but it costs more than SBV 1  SBV 3 is the professional level, which you can get invited to if you are good enough

 The minimum requirement in juniors is to have interest in the sport and developing young players  For the senior teams the focus for long-term goals and determination to develop on and off the rink are required to participate  The senior team coaches get financial compensation  Athletes can get personal sponsorship deals from a third party organization to pay for costs

 ”Elevator team”, changes in personel, long- term goals  Brought in juniors, tactics, implemented the same tactics for the second team, implementing it to C-juniors  Added 1-2 S&C sessions a week  Focus on developing individuals that can play within the tactical system  Record 1-1-3, every time the more active team
