Slide 1 1.Insert a photo on a blank slide. 2.Double-click the photo to open the properties and then, resize the photo. In this case, we first cropped the photo and then resized it to 1.41 (h) by 1.24 (w). With a different photo, the width might be slightly higher or lower – be sure to keep Maintain Aspect Ratio checked and let PowerPoint set the width. 3.Copy the photo multiple times – in this case, we made 47 copies. 4.Position the copies in columns and rows on the slide. Again, in this case, we placed 8 across and 6 down. 5.Select the photos and add custom animation, specifically, an Entrance Effect: Faded Zoom that starts After Previous. Make sure they all have the same speed. You can select individual photos, columns, or rows to animate as a group. In this case, we animated each column separately (just drag a rectangle around all the pictures in a column to select them).

Slide 2 1.For the second slide: Insert the larger version of the photograph (We made this one 7.58h x 11.37w so the bear was large in the center). 2.Copy all of the postage stamp images from the previous slide and paste them on top of the larger photo. 3.Add custom animation to the small images: An Exit effect: Fade, Fast, After Previous. Again, you can select individual pictures, or columns or rows. In this example, we selected groups of rows to animate together.
