The psychotherapist recommends the movie The client watches it at home /office, keeping certain questions in mind The client and therapist discuss the experiences in the next session. Movies engage various facets of the human mind, including cognitive auditory visual all the while simultaneously processing the plot and dialogues of the film in real-time. This is in stark contrast to reading a book, or listening to music.
