PARTNERSHIP CITY OF LA MIRADA – LOS ANGELES COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION Working closely to identify programs that will eliminate blight and address substandard conditions.

Foster Park  300 Acres  Over 1,000 Homes  Developed in the early 1950’s  Annexed into the City in 1978

HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS Emergency Grant Program Grant Program Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program Since the implementation of the program in 2004, there have been 62 Emergency Grants, 89 Grants and 74 loans funded to assist homeowners with rehabilitation projects. A total of $3,083,396 in assistance.

Foster Park Infrastructure Project Total projected budget for the project is $9 million for 3 phases. Exchanged a total of $2,384,390 in CDBG funds to fund phase I and II. In final negotiations to exchange $394,725 for phase III Utilized Redevelopment Bond Proceeds to fund balance of the project.
