GOALS To practice integrating quotes into sentences. To practice sentence variety while integrating quotes into sentences. To practice citing parenthetical references for a poem. To practice interpreting characterization.

WRITE THIS DOWN Option 1: For example, “QUOTE” (Name #). Option 2: Name + verb, “QUOTE” (Name #). Option 3: Plot paraphrase, “QUOTE” (Name #).
