PROBLEM  Children are living lifestyles that are sedentary and predominately contained indoors.  Children are not use to the outdoors and are unfamiliar with the natural environment

SOLUTION  Physical Education teachers can implement an “Outdoor Education” unit and use geocaching devices.  Students will learn how to navigate, be accustomed to the outdoors, and survival skills.  Students will be exercising without even knowing !
