 What is the current status of persons with disabilities in Europe according to the data available?  Is this data appropriate for the Member States to effectively implement the UN CRPD?  If not, what is the European data baseline (minimum data set) to be improved upon?  What are the legal requirements for the collection of data at national and European level?  What further steps do Member States need to take in order to meet the requirements in Article 31 of the UN CRPD?
