When you eat too many sweets, you get cavities, and your teeth turn to a yellow color then your teeth start to rot, it is very important for us to take cake of our teeth because we can even get a gum disease; you don’t brush your teeth very well and then your gums start to become stiff and then they start to turn darker and then black and then start to rot and eventually if it goes on to long without treatment your teeth might loose a a couple of your teeth.

As I said in the previous slide flossing is one kind of treatment that can help with the gum disease.

Most people, and so do I, recommend a certain toothpaste; Colgate.

You should always pay a isit to your detist in case of anything going on in your mouth you did not know about. You should at least visit your dentist every 6 months.

The food that is left in your mouth turns to bacteria which turns to cavities and harms your teeth and that you usually need to go get fillings at your dentist.

Healthy teeth have to be brushed 3 times a day to be healthy and you need to floss and rinse thoroughly, and of course you have to get them checked of course by your dentist. Thoroughly brushed teeth.
