Get Fit  A program designed to improve the access to wellness programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as autism and epilepsy, and their caregivers.  Focusing on lowering obesity, risk of diabetes, and metabolic syndrome (combination of risk factors for cardiovascular disease and diabetes).  Improve clients strength training, flexibility, cardio and balance.

Goal  To help patients increase their flexibility through a series of stretches and work outs.  By increasing flexibility, this will allow clients to become more active and stable in their daily lives, while doing strength, balance, and cardio training.

Thera-Band Exercise Bands  Multi-colored, stretching bands  Purpose:  Good to use after recovering from an injury  Helps with stretching different areas of the body  Minimizes pressure on joints and decreases the possibility other injuries
