 Waterproof is something that doesn’t let the water go inside.  For example: rubber, metal, glass, plastic.  Things that are not waterproof: paper, fabric, wood. Waterproof

 Transparent is something that shows what’s inside and behind it.  For example: glass, water.  Things that are not transparent: metal, rubber, plastic, wood, paper. Transparent

 Flexible is something that can get bigger without breaking and get back to its original position with a force.  For example: rubber, plastic, fabric.  Things that are not flexible: metal, wood, paper, glass. Flexible

 Strong is something that cannot break when a force is applied.  For example: metal, wood, rock.  Things that are not strong: paper, glass, plastic Strong
