Public Utilities Utilities at the bridge site consist of aerial facilities (electric, telecommunication and cable) and a VMS cabinet located Northeast of the bridge. CTDOT has notified the appropriate utility companies of the scheduled project. Utilities will be temporarily relocated as part of the proposed construction activities. Rights-of-Way Based upon the State boundary map, the width of ROW for Interstate Route 95 at the bridge site is approximately 500 feet. No impacts to private property are anticipated. All work will be within the DOT-ROW.

Project Cost The estimated construction cost for the project is approximately $5,800,000. This bridge replacement is anticipated to be undertaken using Federal and State funds.
