As a teacher, administrator, or building test coordinator, the website for logging into the MPG/MAP is system is admin.mapnwea.org/ admin.mapnwea.org/ Usernames and passwords for initial login will be ed to your TPS account no later than noon on September 6. If you do not receive an , please contact Erin Lester.

Click on ‘Find Students to Test’ Type in search criteria and then click ‘Search’ *Select students to test and then click ‘Add Students’ Repeat search for students until a testing group has been completed To test later, click ‘Save Session’ To test now, click ‘Test Now’

If a student is not listed on the class list, search for the student in the district using ‘Find Students to Test’. Search for students in the system by grade and name, then click ‘Search’. If a student cannot be found in the system, click on the ‘Manage Students’ tab on the left side of the screen. Click on ‘Create Student’ and complete the student information, including TPS student ID, race, birthday, gender, school, and class.

Checkmark the box next to the student(s) who need a test assigned. Then click on ‘Assign Test(s)’

Checkmark the box next to the student(s) needing an accommodation for a test. This can include ELL students or students on an IEP or 504. Then click on ‘Assign Accommodations’ *Any accommodations will not be implemented by the computer system.

Students Login for testing with the desktop icon After students log in with the test name and password, they will type in the first part of their name and click on their name when it populates. Choose the test session by clicking on ‘Test Now’ Tests must be assigned before students begin. Click on the students and then choose the test by clicking on ‘Assign Test’. Accommodations Click on ‘Manage Test Sessions’ Previously saved testing sessions will be located under ‘Saved Testing Sessions’.

After students have logged into the test, they will have to be ‘Confirmed’ by the test administrator.

During testing, the test administrator may need to pause or interrupt a student’s test. Click on the student and then choose an action from the drop down box. Click ‘Go’.

To finish the testing session, students must be completed with their test. Testing sessions cannot be stopped if a student is ‘paused’ or still testing.
