Valley and Ridge Famous Landmark - Amicalola Falls- which means “tumbling waters.” It is state’s highest fall with a total drop of 729 feet. Amicalola Falls are in Amicalola State Park, one of Georgia’s most popular state parks.
Blue Ridge This is in the Northeastern part of Georgia. It consists of irregular sequence of mountains, ridges, and basins.

Piedmont Habitat Land Animals The white tailed deer is the smallest deer in North America! Raccoon These nocturnal animals are found in urban, suburban, and rural habitats. They are also found from the mountains to the coast! This is the Red Fox. It hunts alone or in small family groups!
