Access requires a CAC and CAC reader For a new user, enter your temporary PIN, your two digit month and the last two digits of your year of birth (MMYY) click New User. You will then set a new six digit PIN which will be used in the future when logging on. Enter your SSN and temporary PIN New User

Personal overview of your benefits including, Service Computation Date, Retirement, Insurance, Social Security, TSP, death and disability 2.Retirement and TSP Calculators 3.Elect, Change, or view your FEHB, TSP, and FEGLI 4. and 5. Informational seminars and other helpful information

Transactions FEHB elections and changes must be during New Hire 60 day window, Open Season, or a Qualifying Life Event (loss of other coverage, marriage, birth of a child…) Ensure you complete all the steps after choosing enroll or change including PROCESS TRANSACTION TSP changes can be made at anytime, new hires are automatically enrolled at 3% FEGLI you are automatically enrolled in Basic, add options within 60 day new hire window.
