Hydration is important because… Your body depends on water for survival. Every cell, tissue and organ needs water to function. Water is essential for good health.

Reasons why your body loses water… Bathroom usage When you sweat When you breathe. If you lose a lot of water you can become DEHYDRATED. DEHYDRATED
