USA Hockey North American Officiating Program of Merit The National Hockey League has partnered with USA Hockey in hosting a week long “prospects” camp for aspiring officials.

From all of this gathered information, we attempt to identify the “#1 draft picks” to fill vacancies on our staff. Our staff represents 0.11% of the number of active hockey officials in North America. Therefore, it is imperative that we make every attempt at identifying the most deserving officials for our staff.
