Case Study: Engaging & Developing Managers Prepared by Luke Challenor Corporate Engagement

The Situation Our client had a team of managers who needed development in their leadership roles. The focus was on improving ownership and accountability for the achievement of their team targets. The Brief Design a management training program which would improve Leadership skills People management skills Strategic thinking Business acumen Ownership and engagement Results focus Our Approach We designed a series of four half day workshops which covered key management and leadership skills with a practical application to ensure it would deliver value back in the workplace. Over four weeks the participants built a practical business plan to be implemented within their teams. At the end of the program participants presented their business plans to their management team. We provided our client with a full review and engagement support pack to engage and support participants after the training. Engaging & Developing Managers
