IVR PROCESS

Introduction IVR is a technology that allows a computer to interact with humans through the use of voice and DTMF tones input via keypad. In telecommunications, IVR allows customers to interact with a company’s host system via a telephone keypad or by speech recognition, after which they can service their own inquiries by following the IVR dialogue. IVR systems can respond with prerecorded or dynamically generated audio to further direct users on how to proceed. IVR applications can be used to control almost any function where the interface can be broken down into a series of simple interactions. IVR systems deployed in the network are sized to handle large call volumes.DTMF

Basic Detail  Limited Seats are Available  Direct Client Sign-up  24x7 Work Available  Online work  International Process  20 paisa per miss call (Maximum miss call 4 Second) earning will be Rs. 2000/- to 2500/- per day per seat(minimum)  Per hour per agent can earn Rs. 180/- to 270/- (Good internet Speed)  All software, minutes and dialers will be provided by direct client  DID Numbers will be provided by client  Centers must have agent, computers and headphones with them  Training will be provide by the client  Billing twice in a week  10 % Royalty (if not paid then the work will be stopped)  6 month agreement,can extend upto 11 months depends on client.
