Application Features  This application allows you to seamlessly collect information from the youth by just pasting their mobile numbers  Youth are notified about this on the mobile numbers mentioned through SMS. They are also provided with login details through which they can update their information  The backend allows parish/diocese/regional admins to have a look at the amount of data collected and also statistics relating to the same

Dashboard This screen gives a bird eye view of all the data that’s there for inspection under your access level. For Eg: If you are a diocese admin, you will see statistics for your diocese. If you are a regional admin, you will see statistics for your particular region URL:

Church Admin This screen allows the central admin to invite admins to manage the different churches listed under Catholic Youth of India. Please select the appropriate church from the menu and then enter the phone number of the admin whom you wish to invite. He will receive an SMS containing login details URL:

Region Admin This screen allows the central admin/church admin to invite admins to manage the different regions listed under Catholic Youth of India. Please select the appropriate region from the menu and then enter the phone number of the admin whom you wish to invite. He will receive an SMS containing login details URL:

Diocese Admin This screen allows the central admin/ church admin/ regional admin to invite admins to manage the different dioceses listed under Catholic Youth of India. Please select the appropriate diocese from the menu and then enter the phone number of the admin whom you wish to invite. He will receive an SMS containing login details URL:

Parish Admin This screen allows the central admin/ church admin/ regional admin/ diocese admin to invite admins to manage the different parishes listed under Catholic Youth of India. Please select the appropriate parish from the menu and then enter the phone number of the admin whom you wish to invite. He will receive an SMS containing login details URL:

Add Youth This screen allows the central admin to invite youth belonging to a particular parish. Please select the church, then the region, then the diocese. The user will be presented with a list of parishes in that diocese. Upon selecting the right parish, the user can paste a list of phone numbers in the box provided. Each phone number is to be pasted in a new line URL:

View Youth This screen allows the user to view data that belongs to a particular parish/diocese/region. As of now, for security reasons, the data can be accessed only by the central administration. URL:

Send Notifications This is a single screen that allows a user to send communication to data that is available under his access levels. For Eg: a parish admin can send mailers/SMS to all youth in his parish. A diocese admin can send mailers/SMS to all youth in all the parishes under that particular diocese. URL:
