Saritsa Foundation Educates and Trains Army personnel and their families.Saritsa Foundation conducted workshops for Defense Officers, Junior Commissioned Officers, other ranks and their families including school children and teachers of Army Public School Colaba Mumbai from 21 to 23 November 2011.It was a new dimension for Saritsa Foundation to mainstream defense personnel to build their capacity for Disaster Risk Reduction, who protect the Nation from external threats and support people in rescue and relief in disasters and emergencies

An Army Officers wife candidly admit that she and her children had no opportunity to develop skills to cope with disasters. Today's workshops has been a valuable opportunity to learn to protect in disasters.
