The one year European degree programme, aims to train experts who work closely with the education sector in all levels of schooling, public and private organizations and ministries of education. The programme gives exposure to European and Israeli education management systems and a varied learning experience.

All programmes include the opportunity to experience Israeli culture. Participants are given a tour of Kibbutz Mizra upon arrival and an explanation of the kibbutz’s communal way of life.
