 Go to  Look for the icon calendar:  Click the more arrow next to your name:

 Pick who you want to share clicking on the plus sign:

 Click on the plus sign and create as many calendars as you want:  Sharing has to set for each calendar

 Click the icon next to people, and check the one you want to see. The list displays all the shared calendars:

 Click on the icon next to resource:

 Create the event:  Drag the event, or  Click  Double click the event, and then add the Attendees:

 Under KerioConnect, goto settings:  Then Folders to Sync  Under CalDAV and Exchange ActiveSync, check the calendars that will become available on your phone
