MUNICIPALITIES Upgrading of existing facilities provided it is part of the Integrated Development Plan, supported by a council resolution. There must be written commitment to maintain the facility.

TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS Upgrading of existing facilities with unhindered access to participants Sport-specific research in collaboration with National Federations
