REFLECTION  This assignment was very fun, I tried to related to what I really eat every day and see if I was eating healthy. I never look at he nutrition facts in the container I just eat it. But now I became more interested on checking it, hopefully I start eating healthier.  It was kind of hard trying to figure out the percentage of the vitamins in grams, but then I figured it out.  When I eat this on a daily basis I get hungry about 5 hours later, because rice fill me up to much.
