The Problem:  Many businesses require employees to be drug tested either before hiring or on going as a condition of continued employment  These tests and the results must be kept confidential  Follow ups must be completed as the test results are sometimes not delivered to the testing office

The Solution:  Test forms and tests results can be stored in DA  The Workspace form in DA Document Manager can be used to include additional information about a test or the results

Use of Dates:  Using the Date Processed will save a lot of time when looking for a quick answer to when a test was actually completed Document Title:  Client's Last Name & First Initial Keywords:  Client’s Social Security Number

User Defined Tag 1:  Needs Attention - For quick to do lists User Defined Tag 2:  Results Needed - Uncheck this box once the results are in and add the test results to the end of the existing document for fast and easy reconciliation Passwords:  Use passwords to protect the drug tests and financial items
