Grant support: A grant to Johns Hopkins from the U.S. Department of Education It aims to: Address needs of yellow and red zone students Increase use of research-based interventions Reduce behavior problems in schools and improve student achievement What is the strategy? Support SSTs by providing additional training and on-site technical assistance regarding: –Effective teamwork and collaborative problem-solving –Behavior support planning –Research-based interventions –Simplified functional behavioral assessment ~80% of Students ~15% ~5%
