Leadership Experience Children’s Program Director, Grove United Methodist Church, June 1999-August 2004, Radford, VA Created and organized all children’s activities through out the year. Organized and coordinated all teaching areas for nursery through 5 th and 6 th grade Sunday School. Chairman, Central U.M. Preschool Board, Aug to present day, Central U.M. Preschool, Radford, VA Organize meetings and fundraisers Successfully create a rapport between parents and staff. Responsible for hiring and firing of teachers. Successfully establish relationship between preschool and church. Responsible for following through with all decisions made on behalf of preschool and that of the church.
