4 Chad v1 Operation: Military Kids Contract OMK is funded by a contract, not a grant beginning 1 April 2013 Performance measures based upon state team’s approved plan of work and budget Must invoice Army at the beginning of the performance period to receive funds Funds must be executed during the performance period
