10-Nov-04D.P.Kelsey, CHEP04 report8 Comments Very nice conference Extremely well organised Location was good –Acoustics in some rooms not perfect test of new CERN InDiCo conference management systemInDiCo –EU project, builds on success of Agenda maker High speed networking – with free Enterasys a/b/g card –54 Mbps Wireless, with 50 Mbps link to CERN Plenary talks all recorded –No live broadcast but video recordings available in hours CERN 50 th Anniversary –CERN DG was at the CHEP dinner Live link to Geneva for 50 th party blog/chat system to encourage discussion –Good idea but limited success –Why do all plenary questions come from the same 5 people?
