Commander, Naval Installation Command (CNIC) N9, Child Youth Programs (CYP) plans to design, install, and maintain Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems for CYP facilities world-wide. In addition to the US Navy facilities, CNIC is operating as the executive agent for the installation of video surveillance systems for US Air Force Child Youth Services Program as well.
