Officer Responsibilities | President President Responsibilities  Serve as the face of the club and role model for all parties involved.  Work closely with alumni & recruiters and connect them with club members.  Interact with other club organizations to collaborate on events.  Provide professional development to club members and officers.  Ensure that each officer is complying with his or her responsibilities.  Organize bi-weekly exec board meetings.  Provide emotional support to executive board and club members.  Attend monthly Presidential Leadership Council meetings.  Keep track of IBA alumni database.  Lead ‘Happy Quarters’ fundraiser at each general meeting. IBA

Officer Responsibilities | Vice President Vice President Responsibilities  Work closely with the President in club operations.  Serve as the President when the President is unable to do so.  Compile Market Update reports for each general meeting, highlighting a minimum of three continents.  Provide commodity and currency analyses at each meeting. IBA

Officer Responsibilities | Secretary Secretary Responsibilities  Send recap s directly after each exec and each general meeting.  Compile PowerPoint presentations for each general meeting.  Monitor the official IBA account twice per week.  Keep track of attendance and dues.  Update the IBA listserv as necessary.  Implement a KIVA fundraiser each semester. IBA

Officer Responsibilities | Treasurer Treasurer Responsibilities  Be familiar with the following form: uide.pdf  Lead all financial matters of the club (dues, reimbursements and shirt sales).  Create a stock competition or currency game.  Organize and implement 2 fundraising projects each semester.  Order food for meetings (using club funds).  Keep an updated budget and update Executive Board of club balance regularly. Officer Responsibilities | Public Relations Officer Public Relations Officer Responsibilities  Plan and organize all trips.  Lead all social aspects of the club (both wet and dry).  Break the ice at each executive and general meeting.  Choose international music for each general meeting.  Check the IBA account twice per week.  Manage IBA social media sites in Facebook & LinkedIn. IBA

Officer Responsibilities | Webmaster Webmaster Responsibilities  Update club website with recap summaries and photos after each general meeting or club event.  Take photos at club meetings and events, and upload them onto the site.  Personalize the club website and add relevant components.  Increase the club’s utilization of the website. IBA

Officer Responsibilities | Fundraising Chair Fundraising Chair Responsibilities  Assist the Treasurer in the organization and implementation of 2-3 fundraising projects each semester.  Work with the Treasurer to conduct IBA shirt sales.  Touch base with the Treasurer on a bi-weekly basis at the minimum. IBA

Officer Responsibilities | THON Chair THON Chair Responsibilities  Keep our organization in the loop about any THON events occurring on campus.  Plan and organize our canning trip.  Educate, prepare and excite our members for the student-led philanthropy. IBA
