Session Objectives Participants will be able to: Articulate the general differences in the roles and responsibilities of the Program Manager, Team Leader and Corps Member in a Diplomas Now Team in order to apply at the school level Create a general weekly DN Team Leader schedule, balancing multiple priorities Identify the 4 priority responsibilities for a Diplomas Now Team Leader and be able to explain in detail at least 2 of these

Warm-Up
