SO, AFTER SIX GREAT DAYS ON CAYE CAULKER, I HEADED TO THE WATER TAXI STAND TO TRAVEL TO SAN PEDRO TOWN, ON AMBERGRIS KEYE - THE SECOND LEG OF MY TRIP. CAYE CAULKER WAS PRETTY BUILT UP FROM THE PREVIOUS TIME I VISITED THE ISLAND IN NEVERTHELESS, PROGRESS HAD NOT DIMINISHED THE LAID-BACK AMBIANCE OF THE ISLAND. I LOOKED FORWARD TO RETURNING TO SAN PEDRO TO SEE IF IT HAD RETAINED IT’S LAID-BACK AMBIANCE. UNFORTUNATELY AMBERGRIS KEYE HAD LOST ALL OF ITS CHARM. BUT, THAT’S FOR ANOTHER SLIDE SHOW.
