When Is it The Chinese Mid Autumn Festival Is on the Fifteenth day of the Eighth Moon(Lunar Calendar) This year(2013) it is on Thursday September Nineteenth 中国的中秋节在8月15日（阴历） 今年在9月19日

How to Celebrate the Mid Autumn Festival During the Mid Autumn Festival, many people celebrate by meeting with their families and eat moon cakes and pomelo 中秋节时，人跟家人吃月饼和柚子。

Special Food The special food eaten during the Mid Autumn Festival is Pomelo and Moon Cakes There are many different flavors of moon cakes like pineapple, coconut, red bean, and ice cream 特殊的反是柚子和月饼 月饼有很多口味。有菠萝，椰子，红豆，和雪月饼。

Legend The legend of the mid autumn festival is that there was a lady who floated to the moon and whenever the moon is full you can see her.
