Yoga  Discipline one follows to attain an altered state of reality.  Sanskrit is the language.  Various traditions come from Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism.

Types  Ashtanga  Bikram  Power Yoga  Restorative Yoga

Ashtanga  Simple  Relaxing  Quick

Breathing  Move the Belly With the Breath  Lengthen the Exhalation  Pause After Each Exhalation

Savasana (Corpse Pose)  A pose of total relaxation  Typically done at the end of a session

Execution  Find a space that is comfortable for you and quiet.  Lie on your back with your eyes closed, arms by your sides and palms facing up.  Melt deeper into relaxation with each breath.

Conclusion  Yoga doesn’t have to be intense or a struggle.  The main goal is for it to be relaxing, let it be.
